From November 6 to 8, 2026, the 2026 Cellular Therapy and Immunotherapy Conference (CTIC 2026) will be grandly held at the InterContinental Hangzhou, Hangzhou International Conference Center.

Initiated and jointly organized by Zhejiang University and the International Association for Clinical Hematology (IACH), this year’s conference will bring together leading experts and researchers from around the world, with a truly global perspective. Focusing on cutting-edge topics such as cell therapy, gene therapy, AI in hematology, and translational applications in industry, the conference will offer a comprehensive platform for exchange through invited lectures, young investigator forums, industry summits, and face-to-face sessions with editors of leading journals. Together, colleagues from around the world will address clinical challenges and explore pathways toward high-quality development.

We are looking forward to welcoming colleagues to Hangzhou, China, for the 2026 International Conference on Cell Therapy and Immunotherapy. This conference will focus on two of the most closely watched areas of development in modern medicine: cell therapy and immunotherapy.

From CAR T-cell therapies and bispecific antibodies to next-generation engineered immune cells, these technologies are advancing rapidly and continuing to transform the treatment landscape for hematologic malignancies and other diseases. However, significant challenges remain, including further improving treatment efficacy, overcoming resistance, reducing treatment-related toxicities, and making innovative therapies accessible to more patients worldwide.

The conference in Hangzhou will provide an important platform for colleagues from around the world to exchange knowledge, share experience, and discuss emerging developments, while jointly exploring the future direction of immunotherapy. Innovation is a key driving force behind the development of cell therapy and immunotherapy, while translating scientific discoveries into clinical benefits is essential to the sustained progress of this field. From basic research and clinical trials to technological innovation and standardized clinical application, many important questions remain to be explored through joint efforts across the clinical, academic, and industry communities.

The 2026 International Conference on Cell Therapy and Immunotherapy will focus on key topics including cell therapy, immunotherapy, gene therapy, AI in hematology, hematology and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, as well as regulations and policies. It will provide a platform for experts and scholars from diverse fields to share experience, exchange ideas, and deepen collaboration.
