Editor's Note: The 2026 European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Congress will be held from October 23–27 in Madrid, Spain. As one of the most influential academic meetings in global oncology, ESMO attracts tens of thousands of leading experts each year and provides a platform for cross-border and multidisciplinary scientific exchange through a combination of online and in-person formats.
The ESMO official website has now released the titles of oral presentations and posters, while late-breaking abstracts (LBAs) have not yet been announced. In the field of hematologic oncology, more than 26 studies from China have been selected this year, including three oral presentations, multiple formal posters, and numerous ePosters. These studies cover a broad range of hematologic malignancies, including multiple myeloma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma, acute myeloid leukemia, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, mantle cell lymphoma, marginal zone lymphoma, peripheral T-cell lymphoma, Burkitt lymphoma, primary central nervous system lymphoma, and Hodgkin lymphoma.
The selected studies highlight several cutting-edge approaches, including bispecific antibodies, fourth-generation BTK inhibitors, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), rapid CAR-T manufacturing, proteolysis-targeting chimeras (PROTACs), and machine-learning prediction models, underscoring the rapid growth and emerging leadership potential of China in innovative drug development and clinical research in hematologic oncology.
Hematology Frontier has compiled the relevant information for reference. (If there are any omissions or inaccuracies, please feel free to leave a comment and let us know.)
